3. Confidentiality and Collaboration Agreement

Before starting any collaboration, customers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a collaboration agreement. These agreements will address payment terms, refunds, cancellations, and other important details related to the project.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The ownership of intellectual property rights (IP rights) for the developments produced by Kallfelz Academy depends on the specific project:

• In some cases, the IP rights are completely transferred to the customer;

• In some cases, the IP rights are shared between the customer and Kallfelz Academy;

• In some cases, the IP rights remain with Kallfelz Academy.

The ownership and usage rights of IP rights will be clearly stated in the collaboration agreement signed by both parties.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Kallfelz Academy shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the developments produced for the customer. Clients are solely responsible for the use and application of the services and developments provided by Kallfelz Academy.

6. User-Generated Content and Privacy

All services and developments produced by Kallfelz Academy are intended solely for the client and cannot be sold, transferred, or distributed to any other person or entity without our explicit consent. Our privacy policy, including the handling of user-generated content, is outlined in our NDA and collaboration agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our Site, services, or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any abusive action or misuse of our products and services will be judged under Dutch laws.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Site and services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
